Tom Gossen has served as the Executive Director for The Episcopal Network for Stewardship (TENS) since 1995. He is a stewardship consultant with extensive experience in leading and developing programs for dioceses and congregations, including the training of consultants/mentors. Publications include A Manual for Stewardship Consultants/Mentors distributed by TENS and A Manual for Stewardship Development Programs in the Congregation and five different commitment program workbooks published by Morehouse Publishing. Tom also currently serves as Senior Warden of his parish, St. Alban's, Wichita, Kansas; as chairperson of the Diocese of Kansas Commission on Stewardship and Planned Giving; as Deputy to General Convention; and as an appointed member of the Standing Commission on Stewardship and Development (98-03). Tom and his spouse, Diane, are the parents of two grown children and the really proud grandparents of Jacob Scott Pennington.
