The accompaniments are played by professional organist John Keys on the organ of St Mary’s, Nottingham. They are accompaniments only (no recorded singing). Each track includes an introduction, followed by the same number of verses as in the hymn book. Using the recordings The tracks are provided as individual MP3 files saved on a memory stick. This is shipped in a self-adhesive plastic wallet for inclusion in your files. The MP3 files should first be transferred to a computer (total storage required: 4.8 GB). You can then play the MP3 tracks from the computer or transfer them to an iPod/MP3 player. Search for an accompaniment by the name of the hymn, the tune or the hymn number in Ancient & Modern. You can then use your computer or MP3 player to create a playlist for the service.
